The White House’s Dirty Laundry: Aired.

“No matter what went wrong, she was somehow able to keep her hands clean”

Scott McClellan on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice

In true Diana Ross “Heads Will Roll!” style, former White House press secretary Scott McClellan’s new memoir, “What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington’s Culture of Deception,” has tongues wagging since it is the first critical/negative memoir about the Bush Administrator from one of Bush’s most trusted staff members. The tone of the book can be judged by the chapter names: “The Permanent Campaign,” “Deniability,” “Triumph and Illusion,” “Revelation and Humiliation” and “Out of Touch.”

Sadly, but not surprisingly, we can’t find it on Amazon.com. Honestly, in a few weeks, we won’t be surprised if we can’t find Scott McClellan. No word on when it will be out, but expect this to be our summer read.
