Everyone’s talking about the Paris for President video on The Video was a response to John McCain’s (or in Paris’ words “that wrinkly white-haired guy”) using her in one of his ads.  Check out Paris’s energy policy; Morning Joe‘s Joe Scarborough even said it’s better than McCain’s and Obama’s. {CNN}

NYTimes writer Nicholas Kristof chilled with the Dalai Lama and it turns out the DL is “far more flexible” about resolving the Tibet issue with China, even saying that he was willing to “accept the social system in Tibet under Communist Party rule.” {}

Pakistan’s President Musharraf is about to face impeachment proceedings for a number of policies that he’s implemented that just ain’t cool. But of course, it’s more complicated than that.
