Since the summer started in NYC, us city girls are still in weird space concerning fashion. One minute is it a sunny paradise, the next minute a storm is rollin’ in. It seems that Mother Nature is permanently PMSing. This Parlourista, spotted in SoHo recently, clearly had her act together with a breezy shawl to protect her from the elements while preserving her casual, summer style. Love the shoes!
