After last year’s messy gubernatorial race, Chris Christie was the winner and incumbent Jon Corzine was shown the door. However before he leaves, he’s lighting one up for the masses. Like California, Corzine says that he will sign a bill legalizing medicinal marijuana for the state of New Jersey before his final exit next Tuesday.
