Dominque Strauss-Kahn to Get Off, Fall Shoes, Honduran Farm Workers’ Leader Secundino Ruiz Killed, Libyan Rebels Take Tripoli, Vogue Italia’s ‘Slave Earrings,

Dominque Strauss-Kahn charges to be dropped … sigh: The former head of the International Monetary Fund, 62, is due to appear in New York Supreme Court for a twice-delayed hearing. He is accused of attempting to rape Nafi Diallo, 32, before forcing her to perform oral sex. The case against him has, however, been hanging by a thread since prosecutors said they had found “credibility issues” with Miss Diallo and her account of the incident. Miss Diallo has been called for a meeting with New York prosecutors this afternoon, where she will be updated on their plans for the case.
