Last June, London-based PR guru Simone Bresi-Ando launched the first of what has become a great meeting of the minds amongst some of the best and brightest women of color in the U.K.. The I’m POSSIBLE Conversation is described as an “Inside the Actors Studio meets Oprah’s Legends Luncheon,” where an inspirational group of Black British women tell their stories and offer inspiration to others in an intimate setting. The last event sold out in a matter of weeks, featuring words from author/playwright Bonnie Greer, actor/producer Angie Le Mar, television producer Angela Fereirra, writer Precious Williams and Parlour‘s own Charlene White. This Wednesday, February 8, the I’m POSSIBLE Conversation returns with a fresh line up of speakers, hosted at the Pearson offices in Central London (click here for more).

This time around, guests can expect to hear from Margaret Casely-Hayford, the first Black woman named partner of a city law firm; actress Michelle Gayle; Rev. Rose Hudson-Wilkins, Chaplain for Queen Elizabeth and Speaker of the House of Commons; Clinical Director of the London Smiling Group Dr. Uchenna Okoye, and orthopedic surgeon Samantha Tross.
