Deal of The Day: Try A Trivet!

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 | by J. Baker

What: Felt Trivet Set, $58 (set of four)

Who: Moufelt

Where: Supermarket

Why: What is a trivet you ask? Only the best way to protect the precious surfaces of your home from heat or water damage when entertaining, etc. The design is very contemporary, with materials that are cozy and touchable. Since the at-home cocktail party is the thing to do now, do it in style…and encourage home training for that one beastly guest who always tends to show up.

If I wasn’t nervous about removing the design after I move out of my apt (no plans, but you know we New Yorkers move every two-three years, unless you find a rent stabilized apt…), I’d throw some up.

Do it for meeeeeeee!
