No man wants to settle down with a ho. You always want to make sure that the one you call your own is the truth; from her looks to her history. Failure to do this could not only result in future headaches and heartbreak, but public embarrassment. How many times have we seen our favorite artist talk about their stable of women only to find out one of their thoroughbreds wasn’t so thorough.

No matter how many different women I date, I have the hardest time understanding female logic. Growing up, I took my losses and learned a thing or two about different types of women. I mastered how to attract and get what I wanted but for the life of me, I could never figure out what the hell THEY want. Obviously, there isn’t one coveted prize that all chicks are looking for but you would think the gender would at least have a ballpark in mind.

Now I know this may surprise some of my loyal readers but—I have a thing for strippers (or should I say strippers have a thing for me). It’s like apple pie and ice cream, we just go so perfectly together (lol). Now I’m not saying my attraction to these types of relationships isn’t without its drawbacks. There are always going to be certain intangibles you miss and issues that you encounter with a stripper that you wouldn’t with a regular chick. For example, I pretty much expect her to sleep with other men, and I can’t exactly get mad when I see her pandering to another man (It’s work!). Relationships at times can be some of the most ironic, unfair, and unforgiving situations. When you’re ready to get it in, she’s not. But when she gets into you, she’s ready to sit her ass down. And then there are the times when you have a person on your team that has everything you’re looking for (well almost) in a companion. That’s when you find yourself pushing them away for no good reason. At this point in my life, I’m very particular about who I’d consider for relationship. But the funny part is, on any given day, an average chick can spark my interest with the smallest thing.

Most times when I go out, it’s to handle business but every once in a while I’m honestly just on the prowl looking to meet someone. On this particular night I was just enjoying the scenery at a local strip club when three ladies in corner caught my eye. The threesome was having a few drinks, and pretty much just acting silly without really paying attention to anyone else. At first glance I peeped one that was my type, but upon my second glance I noticed that all three wore wedding bands. Great. “We got the first wives club taking up space having themselves a night out,” I thought to myself. After giving the group the once over, I finished my drink and almost headed out of the door. I don’t care how old men get, how many chicks we hit, or how difficult it may be to garner; men always want a new woman, if you get my drift. It’s like a code programmed into our DNA. Search and destroy. Don’t get me wrong, I love my sistas but I have occasionally walked on the other side of things. It’s exciting sometimes. After you’ve been with a certain number of sistas, you kind of expect the same experience. Some might be a little louder than others, but for the most part you know what you have to do to get the job done.

Now, as I’ve said, I am no stranger to dating different ethnicities. I encountered a few back in school and now I travel overseas so I meet international women too. I admit it. I’m far from perfect. I have done quite a few things that I’m not proud of when it comes to the opposite sex. As an MC, I’ve gotten the chance to travel around the world and “meet” lots of women. Short, tall, white, black, classy, trashy; I’ve been there. Now while you’re doing you and having fun, you never stop to think about whether she has a man at home. Hell, what if she has a husband at home. All you’re thinking about is what you want. I know for a fact that I have dated a whole lot of chicks with men at home. I’m not saying I’m proud of it but those are just the casualties of war.
