ICYMI: The New York Mayoral Debate

I don’t know what I was doing last night, but I missed the first mayoral debate btwn incumbent Mike Bloomberg and hopeful Bill Thompson. So thank God for Sportie and NY1 and their re-cap. Check it here!

ps. Thompson is a black man, and no one’s making a big deal of that fact. I’m both excited that his race seems a non-issue, and weirded out because I think it’s a big deal. David Dinkins was NYC Mayor over ten years ago…Thoughts?
