This year would’ve seen the 100th birthday of the legendary Romare Bearden. To celebrate, The Studio Museum in Harlem asked groundbreaking artists such as Wangechi Mutu, Xaviera Simmons, Kamau Amu Patton and many more to create a piece of work that is inspired by Bearden. Looking at the confirmed artists list, this show shouldn’t be missed next time you visit Harlem, USA.
