Last night, the much anticipated keynote address by San Antonio, Texas mayor Julián Castro introduced the world to one of the superstars of the Democratic party. No, not Julián—but his daughter Carina Victoria. While watching her father speak, she noticed herself on the jumbotron inside the convention—and that is when she proceeded to slay the entire nation with just a few hair flips. Check it out below:
